Restaurant & Retail Survey

Your input is crucial in making Keller a great place to live, eat, shop, and work. Take a minute and complete the Restaurant & Retail recruitment survey by December 31st at www.cityofkeller.com/recruit.

Posted by Keep It In Keller on Monday, November 9, 2020

The Keller Economic Development Department has sought citizen input for new restaurant and retail ideas over the past several years in order to be very intentional with our recruitment efforts. We want to thank you for bringing new ideas forward as it takes all of us to make Keller a great place.

While many of the survey requests proposed shopping and dining establishments that are not a fit for Keller – based on the businesses’ opinion – we have enjoyed many very popular successes. Some of the reasons that businesses decline to come are: already in the Keller vicinity and a Keller location would only take away from existing clientele, they only locate in malls or close to freeways (i.e. Alliance Town Center), they are not expanding, or they are looking for a different character.

The successes enjoyed stated their reasons for locating here are: Quality of life focus matches their offering, competitive and complimentary existing attractions, and demographic/psychographic matches to an existing successful location. Our successes result from partnerships with brokers, developers and bankers or as from scouting missions to other communities.

We encourage you to take our most recent restaurant and retail survey. Click the link below and give us your thoughts on what would be a great fit for Keller residents.
