I am an LPC- Associate and lifelong resident of Keller, Texas. I work with children, individuals and couples struggling with trauma, anxiety and/ or family relationship issues. I believe that you already have everything within you that you need to heal and thrive. It is my honor as your therapist to assist you in discovering your gifts so that you may lead a life full of peace and purpose. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic and incorporates cognitive behavioral (CBT/ TFCBT), person centered (IFS), emotion focused (EFT), and relational orientations. It is my honor to walk alongside you on your journey.

I am accepting new clients, both in person and via telehealth, with weekday and Saturday morning appointments available.
