Hope and Growth Center is a counselling office that is owned and run by Sarah Bentz MA, LPC-S.
Sarah has practiced counseling in the aread for over 8 years. She specializes in the following areas:
Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Parenting, Boundaries/Co-dependence, Trauma/PTSD/Critical, Incident Stress Management Certified, EMDR, ADHD (individuals, parenting), Adult Surviviors of Sexual Abuse, Grief/Loss, Christian Counseling, Couples Counseling, Premarital Counseling (Prepare & Enrich Certified) and Woman's Issues.
