Having acquired my Bachelor and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and later 12 years in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am uniquely qualified to assist clients in moving toward recovery. I have recently moved away from the counseling field to focus specifically on coaching so that I can work individually with my clients on the level of care that they need or desire.

I am also a member of the Carolyn Costin Certified Eating Disorder Professional Coaches.

As a Certified Professional Coach, I will work closely with you as well as your treatment team to provide practical assistance and encouragement to help develop life skills that will facilitate a positive road to recovery.
