i Fratelli Pizza

i Fratelli means the brothers in Italian. The i Fratelli concept was founded in Irving in 1987 the four Cole brothers: George, David, Mike, and Darrell. Today, they still own and operate the company, which has expanded to include i Fratelli Ristorante and Wine Bar and nine pizza take-out and delivery outlets located throughout the Metroplex.
The core values behind the concept of the original i Fratelli Restaurant remain the foundation of the company. Twenty-five years later, they continue to take pride in the details which make their exemplary service and thin-crust pizza a local favorite. i Fratelli's own dough recipe is handcrafted fresh daily, and we make their marinara sauce, salad dressings, and meatballs from scratch. It is not uncommon to catch one of them serving up salad and pizza at a corporate luncheon or church event.
